• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus usage after the rollover requirements have been met are eligible for withdrawal.

All bets and gameplay on the pk88 platform are subject to the following rules:

• Sports Betting: All bets are considered final once confirmed by the pk88 system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation, except under specified circumstances (e.g., event cancellation).

Violation of any of the above obligations may result in account suspension or permanent closure without a refund of any funds remaining in the account.

Pk88 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to meet identity verification (KYC) requirements.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member through the Responsible Gaming programme.
• A court order or directive from a relevant regulatory authority.
